The Kitchen remains open till 9pm Monday thru Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the Kitchen is open until 10pm and Sundays until 8pm. In Season, after Memorial Day, our Kitchen is open later to accommodate all of you water bugs, that may need a cold drink and some good food!
We are blessed to have a 7 plus year relationship with Ingraberg Farms out of Rockford for all of our seasonal produce, a 8 plus year relationships with Berghorst Farms for all our hand selected and cut beef, Carlson Arbogast Farms, Farm Country Cheese House, who specialize in hand crafted cheeses out of Lakeview, Maple Valley Farms, Local Watts Orchard, Nyblad Farms, Zoye Soy Bean oil for our fryers which has zero trans fat, from Zeeland. Seasonal jet fresh fish from Honolulu Fish Company and Plitt Seafood.
Monday through Wednesday from 11:30 pm to 11 pm. Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 pm 2 am.
